Sometimes when you post the pictures from your phone the pictures will rotate the first time you post them, just edit the picture by rotating it once and save it. Then edit it again and rotate it again to how it was originally taken and save it and then try and post it again. Sounds like I'm making it up but it happens to me quite a bit and that is what works for me.
