Sorry to hear about the bed sides. Mine were warped from someone using a cutting torch to remove the bed floor angle strip. I fought the warp for a long time til I got fed up with it. I went with the Mar-k brand, very impressed with the quality.
I also gotta say, that aluminum welding looks great.
