Re: Found my Great-Grandfathers 1959 GMC Apache

I did not know I was 21, thought I was 19

The only places I know the truck has been Orrie, is Dallas Nc and back and fourth to the beach house that they had at one time. The Transmission Cover rusted out, I am guessing trapped moisture over the years. The kick panel is good until I think the back of the pillar is rusted out.How does one ground the Brake Lights? Assuming its straight forward.Going to make sure the wiring isn't getting interfered with by the metal and thanks for the Heads up with the wiring issues.Over time I'll check things off my List. Most important thing right now is to take care of this Speeding Ticket and then get the Generator rebuilt and pull it up to my barn so the rain and weather does not hurt it anymore.Going to use the "search" button for some other Questions I have about this Truck

Hope everyone is having a great Wednesday, stay safe !!!!
