I'll chime in. I dont see what is so wrong with Dodge axles??? What exactly is so wrong with them to need to be avoided. You could put lockable hubs in them. Or Just leave 'em locked. haha. I do. Mine are 44/60's and are a big ol' hoss of some axles, but my first 4wd. My buddy has a Dana 70 for 300 bucks from drum to drum if interested. lol. Shipping'd kill ya. lol.
