yes it is. i prefer to ship USPS. 95% of the time i have never been charged duty, & if there is duty, their broker fee is a flat $5. fed ex & ups broker fees climb up the higher priced your item is-thats bs, paperwork is the same no matter what the price. i do use a mailing address in WA, but it has to be expensive to justify the time, & gas, not some models
