While this is not the full schematic here is part of it. I am using 4 pin High brightness LED's from radio shack, part number 276-0020. They are super cheap right now because they are on clearance. I am also using a 7812 (12v) Voltage regulator to drive the circuit, part number 276-1771. I used on online led calculator to help me with determining the resistor value I wanted. The LED's are rated at 2.6-3.3v, with a 6.8 ohm resistor I have them running at 2.9v.
