I know this post is old so forgive the resurrection but I got to thinking and I really still think about the assembly plants and how many guys/gals are left who worked on the lines.

I have been to the Fremont plant on a number of times and it really is quite impressive.

Question is: is there anybody on this site who worked Fremont from 67-72? If not then I'm thinking about trying to go through the heritage site to see if they'll give up some names??? I doubt it privacy and all but...

BTW thats 600 trucks in a 24 hour day, 218,400 trucks a year...

enjoy the pics because all that farm land is now concrete...

cheers
Nim
