So I got really lucky and picked up a set of front bucket seats from a 2010 cadillac escalade they are black leather heated, cooled, power and lumbar. These seats are going into my 72 K20
. In terms of fit its pretty much a bolt in application ( once I drill the for holes) basically the seat frame fit our floors very nicely.
My problem is with the drivers seat controls, I have traced the wires which make the movement controls and lumbar work (small red & white, small purple & white and large red & white plus large black ground), however they work intermitantly. Anyone know if there is another wire I also need to connect out of the 20-25 wires in plug which would normally plug into the harness of the escalade? The passenger seat had less wiring an took a few minutes to get it working but this drivers seat.
I'll get some pics up tomorrow, the seats are back on the ground right now and i've lost patience with this intermitant control for today.
