i really like my hf pot blaster sure it does have a narrow path and yes the valves are crappy but once i got them sorted out it works pretty good.

i lay out a big tarp and i use crushed glass and i also sift it through window screen into totes(before and after blasting) i havent had a clog since i've been doing this. for the price and the "to be able too do it myself" i think you cant go wrong. i will say this though you'll need a good compressor and drier as they use a crap load of air.

i've done pretty much all of my cab with it(except the out panels) it takes a while but too me its worth haveing around. for the smaller items like you wanna do i'd get it. take note though as etsc10 said a good cleaning before really helps.
