Step by Step wheel painting 1
Wheel Update:
Here is a step by step of what I did to clean up my steel wheels. I can't figure out how to insert pics among the text, so this will be in several posts.
First I taped off the valves so that they would not get damaged during rust removal and not sprayed during painting.
I then got a 3" wire cup brush that attaches to a power drill and a stiff wire brush and removed all the rust and flaking paint that I could.
