OK..... # 1 - THANK YOU for the reply. As you can see, you're the only one to give me any idea as to how to get this back together. The truck came with an aftermarket wheel which I took off as the horn mechanism was bad.

I have tried numerous times to get the spring on under the cam and hope to compress the spring enough to get the wheel on far enough to get the nut started. There was no way to get the spring compressed and still get the nut started.

I will try that in a few minutes. But.....I get to dismantle the thing as I got the horn to work without the spring at all!! Just my luck.....
