Today was catch up time.
Loads of little jobs got done.
I started by turning up a bit of Oak to be the base for the Belisha beacon (Google it) in the shed, forgot how much I enjoy working wood.
Trial fit.
Also dismantled my £5.00 petrol pump nozzle.
Polished, and polished......
Trust me, it is a lot better now.
Also made the rest for the nozzle out of a bit of 2 inch square tubing, and fitted, then repainted it, as well as the base, which should look like a bit of ally now.
I had painted the fuel pipe elbow in gold before, but redid it in silver too.
Lastly, I had also undercoated and then top coated the beacon to get it white.
I do like it White vs Yellow.
Next up I need to get a light fitting in there, and fit all the outside bits and decide what to do with the dial.
