The notes are pretty straight forward: (1) is the glove box door, in 67 they were all argent inside and out. (2) is the interior sheetmetal from weatherstrip to weatherstrip. (3) is again the forward upper dash the split is about the radius under the dash pad where the slots are. It is an anti-glare measure. If you look around you find trucks that have gloss paint there and it reflects stongly onto the windshield.
