Well if you are bent on hanging that ugly booster on the firewall and running a cable linkage I'd say start with vehicles that have cable clutch linkage.

You do realize that you will have to run the cable around so that it pulls the clutch to the rear and will most likely need a longer cable? They don't push a clutch arm very well. That is going to mean that most likely you will have to have a cable custom made that is long enough to go from the pedal and down and loop around to work the clutch. You might rig a bell crank to work the clutch from the front but that will take some extra engineering to work out.

personally I think that a hydraulic clutch setup would be a a lot simpler to set up. Late 90's small pickups often have hydraulic clutches and the pedals to go with them
