Yes. I have a '68 C/10 I bought in 1973. It had gray vinyl uphostery with vertical lines-pattern, matching the Silver-Fawn interior.. The back tilted forward. It was secured by 3/8" [?] wing nuts on each side.
I used to keep a scabbard for my .30-30 Marlin bunji-ed on the back.
In 1977, I traded that seat out for an electric power seat from a '69 T-Bird with bench base and bucket backs and a folding center armrest. I don't use the electric parts any more since it draws 30 amps, but it was nice on long trips to change the seating angle-- sometimes adding a little down trim to get a better touch on the gas pedal.
