I just saw a Vette in Northern Ohio that I would not mind owning .It was a 2000 model that had been totaled bodywise and then modified to fit in and under a 1970 Chevelle body and was so well done you would have thought a well known shop had done it .It was built by a Canadian and his friend in a home shop and there is a build thread on Team Chevelle about it .He said it gets 27 MPG and is crazy fast .I followed the build from beginning to end and never thought I would get to see it in person ,I even got to sit in it .Hopefully next year I can go for a ride in it as he plans to bring it back.
