i have the same problem i had to cut the heads off the old ones to get them out they kept spinning , so i started looking on http://www.fastenal.com/web/home for some 3/8-16
pan head or oval head screws that would kind of blend in , i think as long as they are all the same and uniform it dose not matter which type,
