I got a new longer speedo cable because the new Saginaw three speed is longer than the Muncie 3-speed and the 4-speed that were previously in the truck.

I have the Muncie three speed that was original to the truck and grabbed that speedo gear so that the speedo would be somewhat accurate again.

The one in the installed Saginaw did not want to come out easy and it occurred to me that it would be easy to break off inside and then I'd be seriously messed up. So be careful if you are changing these.
