My solution to tailgaters is:
First pop the auto tailgate release! if the tailgate unexpectantly falling down doesn't scare the hell out of them move to second step.
second step is drive 15 miles per hour under the speed limit with the exhaust cut out open in a gear that revs you to between 3000 and 4000 RPM so they can no longer hear what the person on the other end of the cell phone is saying!
Third step now that your tailgate is open, open your rear sliding window. Take the hand full of roofing nails you convienently keep in your center console and throw them into your bed! With your tailgate down these nails have a problem staying in the bed and will do really mean things to tires that will make them slow down. If they want my license number they will have a problem since it is frenched into my tailgate which is facing down!
Problem solved!
Luckily I have not had to use step three to date since it could put me in jail!! lol
