Jeff,
Thanks for your complements, will post a few more photos of the bed once completely installed. Still need to do a final alignment check, that the bed bolt holes in the wood are correctly lined up with the frame holes. Lastly will use a fostner bit to enlarge holes in the wood to accept the metal spacer that fit between the frame and recessed washers on the surface of the wood. Will post some photos of this once done. Again, sharing all your knowledge on the bed wood replacement sure made it easier for me.
