You can build those kick panels yourself, I promise. My mustang that competed had some pretty inventive enclosures and if you can use a skill saw, jigsaw and fiberglass you can build, paint or cover the end product to fit your interior well.
Same goes with your sub box but I would use a table saw for the large cuts. Enclosure size and power needs are your concern but a calculator will do the work for you work you decide on the components.
Chips gave you some good components to look at. Everyone has their preference, like driving a ford vs a chevy or vice-versa.
