I don't know about America but in the UK . A lot of the skilled workers of a certain age are all retiring . The younger lads don't want to go into auto body repairs . They can earn more money sooner by going into retail or computers . The trouble is with auto body repairs,you have to do an apprenticeship,so the money isn't that good at the start . At an early age you want the best pay you can get as soon as possible not in three years time .
