I've been told by friends that it's ok to have multiple as long as your "hospital ratio" is above 50%
The
Hospital Ratio : total count of cars divided by how many of them could you jump in & get to the hospital with minimal work/effort if you were missing an arm or losing a lot of blood. Basically running, streetable cars divided from your total fleet.
With several projects, I'm always hovering around 70%
