I hear ya there. I have one sitting right outside my door with a 205 next to that. Once I get around to finishing up making the adapter plate it can be installed. Somehow it keeps getting bumped down on the list. Something about the trans waiting to be rebuilt for the wifes car takes priority. I really need a shop!
One more thing. My exhaust brake is mounted back like this also. Its probably 4' back once the down pipe is accounted for and that was as close as I could get it. It works perfectly fine however it does take a second longer to start slowing the truck down over a turbo mount. In actuality it is probably better for the turbo as it gets a little more time to spin down. As said it takes a little longer to fill the pipe volume up but it is not bad at all. Its like adding a larger intercooler.
