So I Looked at the picture closer and noticed that you have taken the nut off holding the bolt to the frame... Correct? Does the bed and body lift block lift up together? The PO may have bolted the block to the bed. So you may have to lift
The bed off to get to the nut holding the block to the bed bolt.... Not sure just throwing it out there. If you cut the bolt and block in half you should be able to separate.
