Rear wheel drive Novas that I can find info on had round fuses up until the end of production in March 1979.
That looks like a factory unit out of a GM vehicle though.

77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
