whipped out the lmc aftermarket book for reference. Confirmed all that is different. So question, if I am taking it all off at the front frame rails, will it all still bolt over? bumper, brackets, cap, airdam, etc.

The bumpers are different... 2011 uses a different frame than the 08 does... brackets are different...
