Well, my personal opinion is that theres so many trucks with "custom" interiors, its nice to see really detailed "stock" interiors. For example, anybody can buy/order an aluminum billet dash insert-BUT, to have a correct one either NOS or restored is much more eye appealing-at least to me. But everyone has different tastes. I am an interior guy-I like to save original interiors whenever possible.
