Hopefully someone here will have some information to help me....
Have a 68 c10 and the CPP spindles (CP4S2). I'm using 87 (JB3) crossmember from the a-arms out only. It's a light duty piece, but I'm upgrading to HD. I've got the correct wheel bearings (A5-A3). I have the PST polygraphite performance suspension rebuild kit with idle arm (FEKTPGCHE731) for 87-R10.
I read a thread where the top ball joint would be fine, but the lower will have to be swapped out to a larger one since HD. In the same thread it was stated that the lower LD a-arm doesn't have the same dia. hole as the HD a-arm for the ball joint.
1. Would like to go six lug if possible and as budget friendly as possible.
2. Will be purchasing new rotor/hub and calipers.
Wondering if I will run into an issue with the lower ball joint and the tie rod fitment. Anyone?
