I used the 99 Tahoe seats with no memory. 6 way electric and heated. All works well now. I recovered them myself after putting the E-bay heaters in.

The memory settings are what has the seats not functioning correct is what I would think.
After looking back on this I see where I posted on this before in your other thread.
