The engine would have a total of 6 throttle bodies, 1 per cylinder. Not unlike a high performance BMW M3/M5 6-cylinder from the 90's. First thing I would need is is a triple side draught Weber manifold. I'm also reading up on a Meqasquirt ECU to control everything. I've built one before to control a fuel injected rotary engine in an RX-7 that I used to own.
As I mentioned earlier in the thread my 230 is original to my truck but I do plan to be pretty aggressive with the build. I'm not opposed to the 250 crank but I have the 6 counterweight 64-66 crank which is a pretty stout choice.

They've had triple weber 50's on 292s before so I'm sure triple webers on a 230 will work fine as well. The crank you have is a great choice, but I'd also check with the pro's since your doing a radical build. You planning on a different head? Maybe like a Kirby/Sissel 12 port?
