Those appear to be Armstrong Tru Grip RVs which were 37/14.50. I ran those on a few different body styles with 4" lift...and cut fenders on every one. I don't know when that picture was taken, but those tires must be ancient.

I never had vibration issues with 4" lift on a K/5. You may have some other issue that the angle helped show you
