In my experience, a set of 2 quality 12" woofers will be better than 10's or a 15.

I found that 10's always distorted if it got too low, and the 15 if it was too high. If you've got things setup to be able to tune crossovers so that it's just the 15 on stuff that's very low and 10's on the higher stuff, it may sound good. However, I think you could get something that sounds just as good or better with 2 12's that will hit high and low, and take up less space.
