So, after trying to fit and tack the header pipes on the truck, I finally figured out that I needed to create a mock up, make a jig and fit them up on my work bench. Here's where I got the idea:

Great video series. This is tougher than I thought it would be, but well worth it. I just need to fit number 5, tack it together and then check it on the truck. Then the fun part, welding them all up. Oh yeah and then the other side.
