Yeah I agree on placing a CPP order with a dealer rather than direct. My last chat with them on the phone they tried charging me $5 for their product catalog. I haven't heard very many positive stories about their customer service. I've been holding out to see if any dealer is having a Black Friday sale on CPP product. If not I'll either order from Summit or have Porterbuilt throw a set in with my frame stiffener shipment.
