Hey, I like that idea lowers. I put it in my cart just now. I'm not sure on the boost of cummins. Years ago I had a setup on one of my old trucks and I believe it got up to 30 psi. The programmer came with a spring for the waste gate, I'm assuming to delay it a bit to get boost up. That truck would get up to 1250 egt easy. I had to be careful. An egt gauge is a must if going outside stock parameters, imo. This truck I'm building is gonna have so many gauges, lol. I'm thinking I might just remove the radio speaker grill altogether and custom build a nice big gauge panel. I'm not real concerned about keeping it to original at this point. It's all about custom , function and looking/sounding good at this point, haha.
