Your welcome. They have all kinds of different bits. They will cut holes into solid surfaces. You just angle it a little and start into the surface and it will cut a hole. I installed 15 sets of golf cart head lights in half a day one time for a local cart shop.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
