I like those latches ptc pointed out. That's clean. Really depends a lot on budget. If your guy like me and don't really want to spend the time engineering and fabing a hood latch in there and budget is kinda open then I'd say go for the latches ptc pointed out, if not then next best to me is using an old hood latch.
