Hey PTC, I am done with my electric fan and shroud project and now moving on to my one piece door glass. Check this out if you haven't seen it yet. Lots of helpful stuff on what to do and what to watch out for when doing one piece glass. I am staying with manual window operation but I am sure it also applies to power windows to with some slight mods. Here's the link
