I wouldn't be surprised if you get an egr code after driving it a while. I had this problem and was told running headers causes it. Something about too free flowing of an exhaust not allowing the egr to heat up. I had Harris Performance reprogram the chip not to read egr and that solved the problem of the light. I also switched to a heated O2 sensor.

With the old exhaust system I had to switch to the heated 02 sensor. With the new exhaust I installed the bung in the driver collector and installed the single wire (non heated) 02 hoping it would read ok. During the break-in the ECM would go into closed loop only when the RPM would go above ~1500. If left at an idle it would drop out, I am guessing the exhaust was not hot enough for the sensor to read.
I will be installing the 3wire 02 now. The single was more of a "what if".
Not sure how to load excel file for the data if any of you are interested. The one thing i notice is i have a high knock count. I will look into that.
