All the edges have to be smooth and even to the window and door gaskets , cloth foam backed headliner does not like concave corners it will delaminate in the high heat inside the truck , it's a cool idea but needs some more finishing before covering , are you taking the truck to your upholstery shop ?it will help them on getting the correct fit once covered They can give you some suggestions on getting nice finished edges ,
