With the lack of 16.5 tire choices, I eventually replaced my rims with WheelVintiques 16x10 rims on 8x6.5 lug pattern. Looks great with BFG TA KO2 315x75x16 rubber, and I think I'll be able to use stock style dog-dish hubcaps.
