Hi Bill. That is quite a bit of rust repair in your future. But as you said it's all repairable. Just cut weld grind repeat. I'll be removing my dash sometime but you may get to it first. It's just a lot of spot welds at the bottom of the windshield and a couple of bolts at either end and the steering column brace.
