I understand your aesthetic concern for color-coordinated distributors and engine parts, but with a Chevy Engine Orange plant, Mallory Red, Delco Black or Accel Tan are not too disruptive for cap colors.
By going retro on the points system, I AM using USA parts. Also kept the same wires, just regapped the plugs back to .035.
