They told me 10 hours of shop labor either way. So apparently, two additional flex lines and some more hardline costs $1000. Lol.
When the owner of IVM told me under a grand, its exactly what I expected. Knowing the costs involved. I was properly shocked to hear $2500. Even $1500 is nuts. But it would cost me $200 to have it towed to the hydro-line shop, then back to my place. I can do the entire truck in steel braided nylon brake lines for $500. Which is just a good these days as hard line. But im out of time. I have obligations to fill and a couple sponsors to keep happy. At this point.. Screw it. I just need it mobile. Ive been obsessing over this truck and working on it until midnight for way too long.
I say, just get it done. I just want to drive the bloody thing home. Then go beat the ever living piss out of it on a trail the following day
