I also had Joe come over and use window urethane calking to seal up the front windows due to the fact they leak when I'm driving in the rain. Wow it looks different without the visor.

I was looking at my window today and think it will need urethane too.
there is a chart somewhere online that shows trans temp related to life expectancy of the trans, that keeping it around below 200 will dramatically extend the service life. I will try to find it. is your cooler a fin and tube or plate type?
