I am shocked and nervous dozens of times every single day. The 70-75mph dance people do is insane. There is no such thing as leaving space in front of you. People cut in and out of any space 10 inches longer than their car. It's literally terrifying. Same commute, same people every day witnessing accidents EVERY day. No one learns. The main highway I take is littered with crosses and flowers. People are constantly getting killed. No one cares, no one learns.

This is why I walk to work, and drive my truck (slowly, on back roads) on the weekend. I'm lucky to live close enough to make that possible.
