Still need to get the holes drilled and probably use something like riv-nuts to install it. Wondering what I should use for the sealant between the panels to keep the elements out. Maybe seam sealer on the bottom side?

I also mounted up the Dirty Dingo LS low mount A/C bracket for the Sanden SD7 compressor. It fits pretty well.


I test fit the motor (sorry no pics) and it was close. I'll have to move the engine stands back to the rear holes on the frame. I have the motor mounts as far forward as I can on the plates and the oil pan sits on top of the steering center-link. There's enough room from the firewall to the back of the heads to move another 2-3" comfortably, so I think it's the best option. Plus, the trans was sitting on the cross member (which I hadn't moved yet) so it was up too high, causing the front to sit low. All said and done, I at least know what I need to do now to make it fit, so that's good news.
