7 weeks ?? Are we talking about the same thing? the VFD I bought was an off the shelf item. In an earlier post I mentioned I used a Hitachi unit, but then realized it was in fact a Delta. Here's a link to some on Ebay;

Here's the mill that used it on. It had a 2HP 3phase spindle motor, and that VFD worked amazing on it. Sorry for putting your thread off-topic.
