When you get down to comparing brands watch out for huge peak amp numbers. Pay attention to the rms(root means square) amp number because that is real working/sounding number.
Butyl rubber surround probably flexes best and lasts a long time.
Waterproof cone material is best
Neodimium (rare earth) magnets are the strongest.
Sony does a good job in meeting the above requirements through ebay for a reasonable cost.
